Our Customer Service Team is available from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. We aim to respond to all messages as quickly as possible and resolve any issue in a fair and transparent manner.
Your Rights and Returns
When you buy from us online or by any other distance method, you are protected by EU consumer law, which gives you the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund even if you simply change your mind.
You can cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. You do not have to provide a reason for cancellation.
If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Team before sending it back so we can guide you through the return process. Returned goods should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Please note that refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please let us know as soon as possible. We will replace the item or issue a refund in line with your consumer rights.
