When you buy from a distance, such as online, you have additional protections under consumer law. This includes the right to cancel and get a refund for any reason, including change of mind.

You can cancel and get a full refund up to 14 days from when you make a purchase. 

When you use this right, you do not have to give the business a reason for cancelling.
