It does this by holding water in the epidermis and therefore reducing water loss. The glycerin also helps to protect the skin against excessive dryness and roughness. This cream contains 30% urea which heals the skin while promoting a healthy barrier function. Urea effectively exfoliates calloused skin as well as improving the permeability of the outermost layer of the epidermis. Aiding the absorption of the active substances into the skin and will even prevent heels from becoming dry. Active ingredients:
